The downtown Bremerton waterfront will soon be seeing the completion of a new project, Marina Square. The complex features three levels of parking, residential units, a restaurant, bar, and a new hotel on the waterfront. Marina Square will be divided into two towers. The southern tower will accommodate 125 hotel rooms, complete with an array of amenities, a restaurant, and a bar. 

The northern tower will contain over 130 apartments, residential parking, and a range of amenities that include a fitness center and rooftop deck. The tower is designed for easy access to the waterfront and provides stunning views. There are several benefits to adding Marina square, including more open space, view corridors, a connection between downtown and the shoreline, and improved parking management.
