The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services on the Milpitas 750 Project, a 7-level parking garage in Milpitas, CA. The project is being developed by the owner, the Anton Development Company and designed by the firm of Architects Orange. The general contractor is Anton Building Company, Inc. and Seneca Engineers is serving as the structural engineer. The parking garage totals 189,475 sq. ft. and will accommodate 508 parking stalls along with 130 spots for bicycles. This project is located at the corner of E. Capitol Ave and Montague Expressway.
Conco’s responsibilities on the project include providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services. During the course of the project, we expect to place 10,300 cubic yards of concrete as well as shotcrete. In addition we are providing 1,600,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement. Our crews started work in September of 2017 and we will complete the project in August of 2018.
The parking garage is one of two parking structures that will service an 82-unit, market rate apartment complex. The entire project includes 5,000 square feet of ground level retail space and extends from 730 to 750 E. Capitol Ave.
