Also included in the project are two levels of gated parking with 135 spaces below the structure. The project sits on a 1-acre site.
The 100 unit apartment building will offer 4 studio, 56 one-bedroom, and 40 two-bedroom units. Amenities include beautifully landscaped courtyards, a high-quality fitness center and 360-degree views of downtown and Mt. Diablo State Park. The rooftop features a terrace with an outdoor infinity-edge swimming pool, comfortable lounges and outdoor theatre space with stadium seating.
The Arroyo reflects a new trend in urban housing that is attracting people from distant suburbs and bringing them back into cities where they can easily walk or bike to jobs, stores, restaurants, mass transit or other activities. The new building is located a short walk from Walnut Creek’s Civic Park, home to a popular seasonal ice skating arena, the public library, and numerous shops and restaurants that are part of the core downtown area. The Walnut Creek BART Station is three blocks east of The Arroyo.
Conco’s mission is to be the best supplier of concrete services in the Western United States and to bring expertise and unsurpassed quality to each project. We continue to upgrade and expand facilities to better serve the growing market for public works projects, commercial, parking structures, educational, and other construction development.
