The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services on the Gateway Village Project for the Palo Alto based owner/developer Essex Property Trust, Inc.  The scope of the project consists of a 476-unit apartment building and parking garage wrap. The building wraps around a 5-story parking garage with a basement and has an additional 3 to 4 story residential component that surrounds the entire 6-story residential units. The entire project encompasses a total of 840,563 sq. ft. and provides parking for 776 vehicles.  The Gateway Village Project is located at the corner of Lawrence Expressway El and Camino Real.

Conco crews began work in March 2017 and we expect to complete the job in February 2018.  Our responsibilities include providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services.  For the project, we expect to place 29,900 cubic yards of concrete as well as shotcrete.  We are also providing 4,500,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.

Avenue-One-The-Conco-Companies.jpg

The Conco Companies provided a full range of concrete services on the Avenue One Project for the San Ramon based owner/developer Lennar.  The Avenue One Project consists of two residential buildings with a total of 107 units.  Each building also has two levels of below grade parking to accommodate 218 vehicles.  The project is located at the corner of Charlotte Drive in San Jose, CA.

Conco’s responsibilities on the project included providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services.  During the course of the project, we placed 8,000 cubic yards of concrete as well as shotcrete.  We are also providing 1,000,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.  Conco crews began work in November 2016 and finished up the project in December 2017.

Westfield-Valley-Fair-Expansion-The-Conco-Companies.jpg

The Conco Companies is providing concrete reinforcement and shotcrete placement services on the Westfield Valley Fair Podium and Garage Expansion for the Century City based owner/developer Westfield Design & Construction.  The extremely large project consists of a multi-faceted open and covered mall expansion of in-line shop spaces for anywhere from 70 to 100 stores and a 150,000 sq. ft. Bloomingdale’s.  The project also includes 6-levels of below grade parking with 1,300 stalls and roof-top parking, which will add an additional 567,495 sq. ft. to the already existing structure. The project is located off Stevens Creek Blvd. and N. Winchester Blvd.

Conco’s responsibilities on the project include providing reinforcement and shotcrete services.  During the course of the project, we will provide 15,500,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement as well as 2,955 cubic yards of shotcrete.  Some of the challenges of the Westfield Valley Fair Expansion include not only in the magnitude of the project but the aggressive schedule and anticipated shortage of resources.  Conco began work on the project in June of 2017 and we expect to complete our end of the job in July, 2018.

Stanford-Redwood-City-Parking-Garage-The-Conco-Companies.jpg

The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services on the Stanford Redwood City Parking Garage Project for the Palo Alto based owner/developer, Stanford University Land, Buildings, & Real Estate.  The scope of the project consists of a below grade parking level and six levels above grade.  The 346,741 sq. ft. garage will accommodate 1,041 parking stalls.  The project is located between Broadway & Bay Road, backing up to Second Ave.  Conco’s crews started in May of 2016 and the project will be completed in February, 2018.

Conco’s responsibilities on the project include providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services. During the project we placed 500 cubic yards of concrete as well as shotcrete.  We also provided 3,100,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.

Innovia-The-Conco-Companies.jpg

The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services on the Innovia Parking Garage Project for the Sacramento based owner/developer, St. Anton Communities.  Starting at ground level the 192,711 sq. ft. garage will have five levels of above ground parking to accommodate 530 vehicles.  The project is located at the corner of Lopes Court and Industrial Drive.

Conco began the project in May of 2017 and completed it in January, 2018.  Our responsibilities included concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services. During the course of the project we placed 6,798 cubic yards of concrete along with shotcrete. We also provided 1,300,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.
