The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services on the Stanford Redwood City A3 Building Project for the Palo Alto based owner/developer, Stanford University Land, Buildings, & Real Estate.  The 2-story concrete and steel fitness center is a part of the Stanford Redwood City campus.  Located on 35-acres, the Redwood City campus is located between Broadway and Bay Road with the A3 building backing up to Second Ave.   In addition, we have been providing concrete services for the Stanford Redwood City Parking Garage Project that is located in the same area.  

Conco’s responsibilities on the project include providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services.  For the project, we placed approximately 2,800 cubic yards of concrete as well as shotcrete.   We also provided 330,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.  Conco’s crews began work on the fitness center in May of 2016 and completed work in October of 2017.

Modera-at-San-Pedro-The-Conco-Companies.jpg

The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services on the Modera at San Pedro project located within downtown San Jose’s historic San Pedro Square for the San Mateo based owner/developer, Mill Creek Advisors.  The mixed-use development features 201 studio, 1- and 2-bedroom luxury, residential apartment homes and 12,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space.  In addition, the 8-story structure also has two below grade levels and an integrated four-story parking garage to accommodate 278 vehicles.  The project is located between Almaden Avenue and San Pedro Street, north of Santa Clara Street. 

Conco’s responsibilities on the project include providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services. During the project we expect to place 12,500 cubic yards of concrete as well as shotcrete and will provide approximately 625,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement (due to circumstances another company placed the reinforcement).   We began work on the Modera at San Pedro in July 2017 and finished our end of the project in February 2018.

Hanover-Waverly-Project-The-Conco-Companies.jpg

The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services for the Hanover Waverly Project that is being developed by the Houston-based owner, the Hanover R.S. Limited Partnership.  The 7-story, mixed-use project consists of 224 apartments along with 22,000 sq. ft. of ground floor retail.  TCA Architects took advantage of the curved lot to design a distinct, contemporary-style structure that highlights the building’s important location at the corner of Valdez Street and 27th Street.   The Hanover Waverly also offers below grade parking with 226 parking stalls.   The building’s exterior is comprised of high quality materials including stone, brick, glass, metal wall panels and cement plaster. 

For the project, Conco’s responsibilities included providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services.  We placed approximately 17,600 cubic yards of concrete and shotcrete as well as provided 4,000,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.   Conco’s crews began working on the project in April of 2017 and we completed our job in January of 2018.

Hanover-Uptown-Project-The-Conco-Companies.jpg

The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services on the Hanover Uptown in Oakland, CA for the Houston based owner/developer, the Hanover R.S. Limited Partnership.  The 7-story, mixed-use project consists of 253 residential units including studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments, more than 33,100 sq. ft. of ground floor retail on Broadway.  There will also be an additional 3,900 sq. ft. of restaurant space facing a new plaza at 27th and Valdez and below grade parking to accommodate 321 parking stalls.  According to TCA Architects, the contemporary-designed building incorporates high quality exterior materials including stone, brick, glass, cementitious wall panels, and cement plaster.  The project is located at the corner of Broadway and 27th Street. 

Conco’s responsibilities on the project include providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services.  During the course of the project, we expect to place 19,800 cubic yards of concrete as well as shotcrete.  Furthermore, we are providing 4,300,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.  Conco began work on the project in April 2017 and we will complete our part of the project in February 2018.

The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services on the 23rd & Valley Project for the Oakland based owner/developer Signature Land Advisors.  The 6-story building consists of 85,098 sq. ft. and offers 65 residential units on the upper floors, and 5,000 sq. ft. of commercial and retail space at ground level.  There is also 7,500 sq. ft. of parking (66 parking spaces).  The second floor podium is a concrete post-tensioned slab and the residential levels (three through six) are wood-framed.   The project is located between 23rd Street and Telegraph Avenue, East of Valley Street and close to two other big projects from Signature Land Advisors, the Hive and their $1.5 billion megaproject, the Brooklyn Basin with 3,100 planned residential units, shops and office space. 

Conco’s responsibilities on the 23 & Valley Project included providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services.  During the course of the project, we placed 3,000 cubic yards of concrete as well as shotcrete.  Furthermore, we provided 525,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.  Our crews began working on the project in June of 2017 and we completed the job in January 2018.
