The Conco Companies has begun work on a new high-rise tower in Oakland, Ca. The 24th and Harrison tower will feature over 400 premium apartments and 60,000 square feet of mixed-use retail and restaurant space.

Just one block north of Lake Merritt, in the Uptown district, the Tower will offer views of the Bay Area and change the Oakland skyline. Conco will be providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, shotcrete, and Confoam services.

The Adobe North Tower Project is a 1,300,615 square feet, 18 story building currently under construction. Adobe, Inc. is building the North Tower as an expansion to their existing campus.

The tower will include up to 690,328 square feet of research and development office space. The Conco Companies is providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, shotcrete and Confoam services.
