Conco is working on a 4 story performing arts center that includes a subterranean basement which is encased by cast in place walls that support the steel structure above. With a start date of Nov. 21, 2022, this project is expected to wrap up by October 1, 2023.

This project was a seismic retrofit, and Conco was selected for it’s expertise and unique ability to provide turnkey concrete services. Work included basement footings, walls, and beams throughout the building. This project is a multi-level luxury residential development perched prominently on a former rock quarry in the new Columbia Palisades planned community in Camas, WA. The site has commanding views of the Columbia River. A town square and mixture of single family, multifamily, retail and office spaces make up the pedestrian-oriented community
