A new mixed-use residential and commercial building is underway in Santa Clara at 575 Benton. The building will be six-stories high and will include approximately 22,000 square feet of retail space and 355 luxury rental apartments. A new 7 Level parking garage provide 650 parking stalls.

The Conco Companies is providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, shotcrete, and Confoam services. Additionally, Conco will place and install approximately 3,250,000 pounds of rebar and post-tension reinforcement.

Conco is providing complete concrete services for the Del Hombre Apartments, a privately-funded 5-story building on top of a 2-level subterranean parking garage, with 284 residential dwelling units and 383 provided parking stalls. This project is located in Walnut Creek on a 2.37-acre site adjacent to the Pleasant Hill/Contra Costa Centre Bay Area Rapid Transit (BART) Station.

The Adobe North Tower Project is a 1,300,615 square feet, 18 story building currently under construction. Adobe, Inc. is building the North Tower as an expansion to their existing campus.

The tower will include up to 690,328 square feet of research and development office space. The Conco Companies is providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, shotcrete and Confoam services.

Concrete pumping services has begun on the Santana Row West Project in San Jose. Located at One Santana Row West, a new eight level building is under construction. The project originally broke ground in 2019 and is expected to be available to new commercial tenants as early as July 2021. The commercial office space will also be used for industrial research and development. The project also includes 376,250 square feet of retail space with 2 levels of below grade parking for 350 stalls.

The Conco Companies began construction of Alta Burnside in July 2018. Alta Burnside is a mixed-use project in Portland. Conco is providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, and shotcrete services.

Under general contractor Pavilion Construction and engineering firm KPFF Consulting Engineers, this 154,500 sq ft building includes retail space, apartments, and a parking garage. Architect Ankrom Moisan designed this modern, state-of-the-art building.
