The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services on the Innovia Parking Garage Project for the Sacramento based owner/developer, St. Anton Communities. Starting at ground level the 192,711 sq. ft. garage will have five levels of above ground parking to accommodate 530 vehicles. The project is located at the corner of Lopes Court and Industrial Drive.

Conco began the project in May of 2017 and completed it in January, 2018. Our responsibilities included concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services. During the course of the project we placed 6,798 cubic yards of concrete along with shotcrete. We also provided 1,300,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.

The Conco Companies recently completed work on the Brooklyn Basin Parcel B Project, a 7-story market-rate apartment building by developer/owner, Signature Development Group. In addition to the 241 housing units, the building will include 3,000 square feet of ground floor commercial tenant space and 241 parking spaces. Located at the corner of Brooklyn Basin Way and 9th Street, it is another phase of the Brooklyn Basin project that encompasses 64 acres along the Oakland Estuary south of Jack London Square and west of Interstate 880. The entire project is a mix of residential, retail and commercial, civic, and parks and open space.

Conco’s responsibilities on the project include providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, shotcrete, and Confoam services. During the project we expect to place 19,850 cubic yards of Confoam and 8,500 cubic yards of concrete as well as shotcrete. We are also providing 1,400,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.

The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services for the Anchor Village Public Housing Project. The owner/developer, Anchor Village Associates, LLP is constructing the 4-story public housing project that will consist of 51 residential units as well as offer 52,958 sq. ft. of ground floor commercial tenant space. Furthermore, there will be 8,000 sq. ft. of community space, 23 parking spots and 68 indoor bicycle parking places. Located in downtown Stockton, the project is intended to provide affordable housing for low-income and homeless military vets and received a $5.857 million award from the Affordable Housing and Sustainable Communities’ fund.

Conco began work on the project in July 2017 and finished in December 2017. Our responsibilities included providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, and shotcrete services. During the project we placed 1,738 cubic yards of concrete as well as shotcrete. We also provided 330,000 pounds of rebar and post tension reinforcement.

The Conco Companies is providing a full range of concrete services for a new 11-story hotel currently under construction in downtown San Francisco. Located near AT&T Park, the 701 3^rd Street Hyatt Place project is a 230-room hotel that is being developed by the Stonebridge Corp., a Colorado hotel development firm. The project is expected to receive LEED Platinum certification for features that include vegetated roofs, a grey water system, and highly sustainable mechanical systems. The building will have a public courtyard at ground level and a terrace and rooftop deck at the 9^th and 12^th level for hotel guests. Since the majority of recent construction within the city has been office buildings and apartment towers, hotels are in high demand and a new hotel development is welcomed.

Conco began work on the project in May of 2017 and will be finished in January, 2018. Our responsibilities included providing concrete reinforcement, pumping, formwork, finishing, shotcrete and construction trucking as well as Design/Build services. Conco was selected for the job due to our understanding and commitment to the project and our longstanding relationship with the general contractor, Charles Pankow Builders. The project had challenges along the way due to the logistics of its location near AT&T Park as well as its aggressive schedule, and we are proud to report that we will meet all of them.

The Conco Companies is currently providing a range of concrete services for 700 Santana Row, an eight-story, 292,000 sq. ft. Class-A office building in Silicon Valley that is scheduled to be ready for tenants by the fall of 2018. The distinctive and modern concrete structure is located in the Santana Row mixed-use center and will cost an estimated $205 million to $215 million. The project also includes a new six-level parking garage with one level below-grade and five levels above for a total of 1,300 spaces. Four levels are to be reserved for office tenants during normal weekday office hours and the other two levels will always be available to the general public. In addition to the office space there will be 28,500 sq. ft. of retail space.

Conco started work on the project in June 2017 and we expect to have our part of the job finished by May, 2018. For our part of the project, Conco is providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, shotcrete, finishing and construction trucking services. Furthermore, our expertise includes providing Design/Build solutions for the project.
