Leadership

Steve has literally grown up through the business, starting as a field laborer more than 45 years ago. Through his hard work and leadership, Steve has been the guiding force in rapidly expanding the products, services and geographic range of The Conco Companies to what it is today.

Steve is an active member of the Building Industry of America, the Concrete Contractors Association, the Home Builders Association, the Engineering & Utility Contractors Association, and the American Concrete Pumping Association. Outside of work, Steve is active in many charitable affairs including a founding supporter of the Cal State Chico Concrete Industry Management (CIM) Program and a Board Member of the Community Youth Center headquartered in Concord, CA (serving 1500 member kids).
