The Conco Companies is pleased to supply concrete services to the Walnut Creek Transit Village Project, located in Walnut Creek, California.  With over 700,000 square feet, this mixed-use building is underway and is set to include 600 residential units, 518 parking spaces, and over 16,000 square feet of retail space. Building amenities will feature co-working space, pool and spa, a children’s play area, rooftop deck and more.

Conco is providing concrete pumping, reinforcement, formwork, finishing, shotcrete, and Confoam services.
