Conco was awarded a concrete contract by Holland Partners for a 21-story luxury apartment building at 1650 Wewatta, which is next to the historic Union Station in downtown Denver. The project will include 288 apartment units, 260 parking spaces, and approximately 7,000 SF of retail space. We broke ground in early 2013 and should be completed in 2014.  This project will be about 18,700 CY when complete.
